With a wealth of experience in all facets of Residential, Commercial & Asset Finance, Andrew is well equipped to provide a solution to your finance requirements.

I’m Jamie, Finance Broker at Thompson Finance and Leasing. I joined the team in 2024, after being a Home Lender at both Westpac and ANZ for over 4 years. My experience working for the big banks has given me a great grounding to successfully transition into the Finance Broking industry. Originally from Mount Gambier, I have been an Adelaide Hills local for nearly a decade and love being involved in the local community. As my local footy career slowly comes to an end, my two kids are just starting their journey into sport, which is something I’m looking forward to. In my previous work life I spent ten years in the fitness industry, and I am just as passionate about getting your finances healthy and in great shape too!

I'm Sally the Operations manager here! I oversee all aspects of your home loan journey including pre and post settlement management. I Joined TFAL in February 2020, after previously having 15 years experience working for the Australian Taxation Office in a range of roles. I really enjoyed the human element of the Finance Broking Industry and being part of our clients home ownership journey. I live locally in the Adelaide Hills and love spending time watching and being a part of my children's chosen sporting interests . I'm a long term committee member of the Onkaparinga Valley Football and an avid AFL fan.

Lauren brings a wealth of experience and a passion for organisation to her role as Admin Support Officer. With a background in managing multi-location chiropractic clinics and recent bookkeeping work, she combines her love of numbers, data entry, and spreadsheets with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Her career journey also includes extensive work in social-emotional learning development with children, particularly those who are neurodivergent, reflecting her dedication to helping others thrive. A lifelong Hills resident, Lauren is deeply connected to her community through sport and local groups. Outside of work, Lauren is a proud mum of four who loves the beach, the forest, and camping adventures with her family. She is passionate about personal and professional growth, goal setting, and supporting others in achieving their dreams.

Hi, I’m Kirsty! My career has taken me through the property industry, where I’ve worked in both residential and commercial sectors. This experience has given me a strong understanding of the industry, the processes involved and it has given me perspective on the diverse needs of clients, Along the way, I also ran my own small bookkeeping business as a registered BAS agent, which taught me the importance of precision, trust, and building strong relationships. These skills continue to shape the way I work today. These days, I’m lucky to call the beautiful Adelaide Hills home. I live here with my husband, who runs a local business, and our two amazing kids. Life here is all about community, family, and enjoying the outdoors— and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Family and community are at the heart of everything I do, and I love being part of a region that values connection and growth.
